At CROIX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We apologize if we have made a mistake in delivering your order and will be responsible for delivery costs.
All returns and exchanges require prior approval. Please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please make sure your pieces are returned to us in new and unused condition with original and complete CROIX packaging. Should the package arrive to you in damaged condition via our shipping partners, please be sure to document this prior to opening for our insurance claims. Should you choose to arrange an independent third party delivery, CROIX is released from any responsibilities for damages incurred during goods in transit. To protect your return package to us, please pack carefully with all original CROIX packaging when shipping back. CROIX reserves the right to refuse refunds and exchanges if the above criteria is not met.
Many but not all of our rings can be resized. Pricing for ring resizing varies depending on style and component availability. It typically starts with IDR 200,000 as there are costs incurred with new framing, sterilization and plating. Requested resizing and shipping will be at extra expense not bourne by CROIX. We will do our best to refresh your jewelry whenever possible, however we do reserve the right to not repair or refresh items that have incurred non-manufacture related damages. The repair and refreshing of your CROIX pieces will only be accepted with original and valid CROIX certificate within the one year of purchase date and may incur additional charges for replating, however the service will not cover any mistreatment of the product including but not limited to surface scratches, color fading under normal wear and tear, missing components or any damages resulting from abuse and misuse. We process ready orders within one working day. Please contact our customer service for international shipping assistance. Tracking will be available H+2 via email. Should you choose to arrange an independent third party delivery, please make sure to provide CROIX with order processing time.  CROIX reserves the right to arrange and refuse third party delivery time requests.

We accept prelove trade-in only for original CROIX products with original and complete CROIX packaging purchased within one year. 20% of original net value of your returned jewels will be deducted from your next purchase. 
We are unable cancel orders after payment. Any changes to your order must be reconfirmed with our customer service prior to shipping. CROIX reserves the right to refuse refunds.  

Gift cards purchases cannot be refunded or converted to currency.
All CROIX jewelry is traditionally crafted with classic techniques and is therefore delicate. To extend the life of your jewelry, please note these care guidelines:
Do remove jewelry before hand washing, swimming and/or applying products as it will reduce the life of plating and loss of brilliance
Do avoid hard contact, knocking against objects as it can scratch or chip. When unused, do store in CROIX soft velvet pouch or similar options.
Do avoid chemical contacts, polish with only soft cloth such as eyeglass cloth or soft cotton. It is recommended to put on jewelry last when dressing and remove first when undressing.
